Mongolian beef and broccoli over rice with sesame seeds and green onion

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef

    Toss the sliced beef with the marinade ingredients and let sit 10–15 minutes.

  2. Make the sauce

    Mix the sauce ingredients together in a bowl.

  3. Sear the beef

    Stir-fry the beef until browned, then remove from the pan.

  4. Build the sauce

    Add the sauce and slurry to the pan, and let it thicken. Add the broccoli and beef back in.

  5. Finish

    Stir in sesame oil, top with sesame seeds and green onions.

  6. Serve

    Plate over rice or noodles and pile your beautiful food on top.
